Fantastic Terrace in the Guadalquivir river in Sevilla. The entrance and the local were completely accessible. We have no information about the toilet yet!! Comments are welcome.

The entrance has got an elevator to get to the river. People from the bar has to open the elevator with the key and help you to come to the terrace. 

People who work there have been very friendly.
